speach recognition

Any way of removing blocked start up programs + why is speach recognition slow on startup

Hi everyone!

1. Everytime i start my computer the program 'AnyDVD' won't start because it must be run in admin mode for it to work properly. (For me anyway)

I get this icon which I am sure you have all seen before:Hi everyone!
