I have my serial code for my M.Soft Windows ME 4.90.3000.How do I reformat h.drive as disc mislaid??

I have Microsoft Windows ME 4.90.3000 on my PC.I have my serial code which is registered to my original disc,I have mislaid the disc & DESPERATELY need to reformat the hard drive.PLEASE CAN YOU TELL ME HOW I REFORMAT MY HARD DRIVE WITHOUT THE DISC?
