Well I looked hi and low for a solution to this problem and didn't find one that worked. But on doing so i discover how to get access to these folders.

1) Right click the folder that you are being denied access to and go to properties.
2) Once there go to the security tab, click the edit button and in the Group or user name remove Everyone then apply.
3) Hit the add button
4) In that click on Advanced
5) In that window click on the Find button
6) In the search results scan down to you find Everyone highlight it and press OK
