I uninstalled Windows Media Center in hopes of increasing performance, and now I want to reinstall it. With no add/remove programs, I cannot figure...
I am running Windows Vista Home premium and I have several errors on it caused by Nero is there anyway to fix this without reinstalling Windows Vista.
At some point when opening IrfanView explorer suddenly crashed. When it got back up the network icon had the red X over it. Ever since no amount of restarts have been able to fix it. The network center freezes and the message "status: unknown server execution failed" appears when mouse is held over the icon. I have tried system restore and reinstalling my network adapter but to no avail. The internet works fine. But explorer doesn't seem to know that nor does the network center. I also tried reinstalling windows over the current install to fix whatever was broken. Install halts at 52% and I have to restart; then it rolls back to the original installation. And advice?
