Currently my system consist of: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+, 1 gig of ram, NVIDIA GeForce 6200 TurboCache, 400gig HDD.
When I had xp I was able to use a dual monitor using my 19" flat and 58" plasma HDTV, now all I get is flickers on the big screen. I'm getting a 2.3 rating on my video from vista. Now I'm looking for something that would allow me to use the full features of vista and need some suggestions.
I made a topic back about the same thing, but now since Vista has been released, I can get a better idea of how my computer is going to act with Vista and what to expect (as in give the computer to someone else and buy a new one or just make a few tweaks).
Here are the Specs:
- AMD Athon XP 2400+ (2.0 GHz)
- 1GB RAM
- nVIDIA GeForce 6200 (256MB Video RAM)
- 40GB Harddrive
I do not have a DVD Rom but that is something that I will purchase when I am ready to buy Vista (still "stockpiling" cash). I plan to get Vista Ultimate.
