There's a new application from Elcomsoft that explicitly uses NVIDIA development tools to work its magic, but the GPU manufacturer may be less than thrilled about it. NVIDIA's Compute Unified Device Architecture, or CUDA, is a set of development tools (including compiler) designed to simplify the task of coding for the company's GPU products.

Well for windows vista it has to be Nvidia and it should be about 64-128 Mb to be good. Mine's 256 MB and vista runs fine, but 64 to 128 should be good enough.
i have a compaq v3000 which equip wit AMD turion64X2 TL 50 1Gb Ram n nvidia and OEM vista basic. My problem is everytime when i burn a disc , or install a program, there is a msg appear for confirmation either to continue or cancel. As soon as i pressed to continue the screen goes blank (looks quite similar like a sleep mode) then i automatic appears again after app 2 sec. or it will appear after i press any keys. it seems to be quite annoying. please advise

ok when i play a video in windows media player it plays fine until i switch to full screen.. when i do that then the sound and video are out of sync.. any ideas on how to improve thisvista ultimate4gb ram only shows that i have 3326????nvidia...
I want to know when more DirectX 10 graphic card are going to be released. All I know from now is NVIDIA 8800 GTS and GTX and I'm waiting for some price drop.

do you have to have a NForce 6 motherboard to be able to run Directx 10? or do you only need a Directx 10 GPU...such as the Nvidia 8800
not sure about ATI but Nvidia's geforce 7 series and up work great. I am Using a Geforce 7600 GT and it works wonderfully. the 7600 is not very expensive either.
