Hey guys, I would like to give a shot at creating a web page but dont know html nor do I have the patience to learn, so what I would like to know is what is a top notch generator? I have tried Dreamweaver and its a little to complicated and I couldnt figure out how to do anything. Just one example of a problem was trying to insert a picture... well inserting wasnt the problem... it was the placement, seems I cant just drag the picture and drop it where I want... so needless to say there must be a generator for noobs that will let me just slap stuff all over the place with not much fuss. Vista Home Premium Locks up during Install

I have been trying to (unsuccessfully) install an OEM version of Home Premium onto some brand new hardware. Everytime it gets to completing installation, it freezes and goes no further. I have left it sitting for a few hours in case something was happening behind the scenes but no luck.
When rebooting, windows detects a problem and offers to repair, which also fails.
Hardware is as follows
Foxconn 945G7MC-KRS2HV mainboard (latest bios installed)
Pentium D 3.4 Ghz 800Mhz
Apacer DDR2 Ram 1Gb
Seagate 250Gb Sata HDD
ATI X1600Pro Graphics
Lite-on 18x DL DVDRW
