I think my computer froze while I was getting an email or something.
How do I get rid of this? I've tried WMUtil - nothing.

Hi everyone!
For Christmas I picked up an HP dv6000t with the following specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo T5200 @ 1.6 Ghz
1 GB Ram
80 GB HD
I currently use my laptop for iTunes, AIM, and internet, and occasionally I'll play The Sims 2. I also have a picture collection from my digital camera and what not of around 600 pictures. I also have a good 3GB of music. When I purchased my laptop, I recieved a free upgrade to Windows Vista, which I sent in for when I got the opportunity. My upgrade to Vista came in the mail a couple months ago, but I'm still very nervous about installing it on my system. Can anyone give me the low down on the benefits, and risks I'm taking when I install this? Will it slow my computer down? Will my gaming experience be the same? (I read somewhere it'll run a lot slower) Is it worth installing given my specs and what I use my computer for? What would you do in my situation? I was told from a friend of mine who works a lot with computers, that I should hold off installing it, and I've even read places people calling Vista a failure and they are switching back to XP. I'm looking for unbiased opinions of what I should, I hope I've come to the right place!
When setting Stationery in Vista Windows Mail it is sent as a attachment instead of background? photos I receive are all in files that have to be opened. Is there a way to change this.
Have I gone blilnd? I can't seem to see how I can copy and paste from Windows Mail. . . or from IE.
