Subterranean Real Estate to Be Auctioned on eBay

Following the past year's wave of foreclosures, there are deals to be had for all kinds of property, even if you're the type who prefers calling a creepy underground lair home.

Arkansas cave owner Steve Rush is auctioning off the 29-acre Mystic Caverns in the hills of the Ozark Mountains. The property includes a gift shop and three caves, two of which are safe enough for guests. The bidding starts at $899,900 -- about 25 percent off Rush's original asking price. Rush opened the caves to tours in 1992, and says there are about 15,000 visitors each year.
