graphics card dedicated memory problem

I recently installed Vista Business on my laptop and am now getting error messages when I try to play games. Games that initially worked on XP Pro are now giving me error message when I boot them saying that I only have 32 mb of dedicated graphics...

Odd thing here, I install FSX, ran it, but now can't locate shortcut!

I can't find my shortcut under Programs for my FlightSim X that I just installed, where could it have gone? I know I can create a shortcut manually, but curious as to why I can't find it under my start menu.
