I just purcased a toshiba with windows vista the first time i tried to use the dvd rom to add a web cam it worked. After first use it quit working now it has an error code of 39. Can anyone help me?

I have just bought a Lenovo PC which came without any documentation. Although I was initially able to install software via the DVD-ROM and also play music CDs, I now find that Windows doesn't appear to recognize it. When I tried to copy files from a CD-RW disk I was presented with a list of four drives and the instruction to insert a disk (I already had a disk in the drive). Have I done something to the settings as I tried to set up the new computer?
it should still work, You may need to go to the manufacturers website and download new drivers. Very Simple.
