I bought a new Dell PC in December that qualified for the Express Upgrade to Vista. I am pretty sure that they are sending the Microsoft Upgrade (so the same, as if I bought it in the store)

Should I Anytime Upgrade or buy OEM?

Hi, I very recently bought a new Dell PC, which came with Vista Home Basic edition (32 bit). I've quickly realised that I want the Ultimate edition!

I don't have the money to buy the retail version of Windows Vista Ultimate, so should I:

1) Buy the OEM 32 bit version of Windows Vista Ultimate (about 120GBP with delivery from scan.co.uk)
2) Use Anytime Upgrade to upgrade my Home Basic to Ultimate (about 138GBP using Sony as the retailer)

Obviously looking at those prices, it would seem that buying the OEM version of Ultimate would be the best choice.
