Internet Explorer 7

Hi all, sorry to bother again in such a short space of time..

I use my Dell Laptop for work purposes and access my email via Outlook Web access. I have no problems accessing the Webmail or reading emails, however, when I attempt to send an email my internet explorer freezes up and Windows stops the program..

Does anyone know what is causing this and if so, how it can be rectified? I used to use the same Webmail on Windows XP with no problems..

Many thanks,

Drew.

Changing Default Drive

Hey all!
I have a Dell Laptop triple-booting XP, Vista, and Ubuntu 6.06. Anyway, I have a shared partition that I use for saving files for all three. Is there a way for me to change the default place to save in Vista to that drive instead of the "My Documents" that is on the Vista partition? Thanks in advance.

[Resolved]Question about Vista and the computer Manufactures.

I recently purchased a Sony laptop from Best Buy. The Sony was an "open Box" so they had to order a recover disk . Well I had to wait for weeks for the disk and when it finally came in, it turned out to be Spanish... mad.gif Anyway, I told them I don't want the computer if I had to wait another 4 weeks, so I returned it. Got my money back and bought this Gateway. Before I returned it though, I got a rebate for the Vista Premium for Sony. It finally came in the mail yesterday...was a bit surprised. I had forgot all about it. My question is, my sister has a dell laptop. Will this disk work on hers even though it says Sony on it? mellow.gif Her computer is vista capapble. (Called Dell to verify)

Third Party Firewalls

Hi, I just bought a brand new Dell Laptop and am making sure I am fully secured. I currently have Kaspersky Antivirus 6 installed as I love it as an antivirus. I also know I need a thirdparty firewall such as ZoneAlarm that I had on XP.

I downloaded the ZA beta for Vista however it will not let me isntall without removing Kaspersky due to compatability problems. I have now downloaded the free PC Tools Firewall Plus 2 however after installing and re-installing I had the blue screen of death 1 minute after startup (memory dump)

I was wondering if you know of any decent Firewallls that will actuaslly operate with my current system and not crash or have compatability issues.

wireless drops

I have a new Dell laptop, an Inspiron E1505, that has Vista home
premium edition with an intel next-gen wireless n card. I'm
having problems with wireless drops. I'm in an apartment building that
has recently gone wireless. The signal is indicating it's strong, yet
I am dropped back to local access only after about one minute, or
less, on-line. I have no problems connecting, and staying connected, to the internet in a public place,
like Starbucks, so I'm assuming it's an encryption problem, but I'm just not sure. Any ideas?
