Hey all! I have a brand new Dell computer. It came with windows media center. I got the free windows vista upgrade from dell and installed it. Nothing but problems since then. I've actually gotten it to boot now and fixed all those issues.

Now my computer is extreamly slow and bogged down all of a sudden. Not terribly slow but not near as fast as it was. Not only that, every once in a while the cursor will turn to that little circle and everything will freeze up. The only way to get it to stop is to restart the computer. Any ideas??

Please help!! This is driving me crazy!

Please make sure you are logged in as an Administrator then try re-starting the application. Well, I am the ONLY user of this computer and my user account IS an Administrator Account. In fact, if I log off, there does not seem to be a way to log in as an Administrator (actually using the Administrator account). I have installed multiple other programs and have never gotten this message before. Any suggestions on how to overcome t
