I have one laptop and i am using vista business edition for 2 weeks.Today i put my laptop at hibernate mode and when i tryied to open my laptop i can see the message (resuming windows) for 15-20 minutes.then when i am trying to open it later windows seems to be locked and askes for my password to log in and everything then is ok.Please tell me why this is happening i am using vista for 2 weeks and i didn't have this problem.
And secondly i would like to ask one more question,when i have my power plan at Power saver vista cannot see my cd/dvd.

I installed Vista Business Edition into a new machine and want to import messages from Oulook Express 6 but Vista Mail defaults to a Store folder and not to the Identity folder. When I browse to the identity folder (with the Vista Import) the files do not show up in the folder! They are there as .dbx files as I have verified that in explorer.
The only way I was able to save the messages so I could read them was to download Eudora and transfer them into it but that is not what I want to use...any help appreciated

Hi. I have just upgraded my PC to Windows Vista Business Edition. I did lots of research before the upgrade to ensure my software was compatible.
One thing I didn't look out for however, and am subsequently having problems with, is installing PHP. I first tried installing the installer program for the version that my host is running - version 4.3.1. This completely failed, giving lots of error messages and file cannot be found warnings. I thought it would probably be best if i tried the most up to date version - v 5.something.
Again this failed, but this time the errors bombed out the installation, and nothing was installed at all.

I turn off all theming when I log into my local user account through
Remote Desktop (using the RD client baked into Vista Business
Edition). When I get back to my server, I see that the Alt + Tab pop-
up is showing the Windows Classic style, not the Aero Glass style.
Everything else, however, is showing the full Aero experience. Aero
Glass remains enabled, and "Windows Vista" remains my theme. In fact,
when I manually switch into Windows Class theme, apply, then switch
into Windows Vista theme, and apply, the Live Preview Alt + Tab
doesn't go back to how it should!

So I installed Windows Vista Business edition and I am using Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0.2.614. For some reason, ever since I installed Kaspersky, I haven't been able to properly use Azureus. It works fine sometimes, and I have done all the appropriate port forwarding, but the NAT always shows red... even when kaspersky is closed or when anti-hacker is set to allow all. Any suggestions? I am not sure how to allow Azureus in Kaspersky, im new to this AV program.

I am trying to get remote desktop web connection (RDWC) to work. Does anybody know how to enable this feature.
Previously working well with Windows XP, but now I have upgraded to Vista Business edition I cannot work out how to enable RDWC.
The Remote Desktop Feature has been enabled and works fine.
