Ok i have search the internet for about 5 hours now, everything i have found hasnt worked more then giving me a code 10

ok i have a Gateway MX6425 laptop with a conexant systems AC97 Soft Data Fax Modem with SmartCP i believe for my sound card, not 100% sure though, if all it is a modem then screw it dont need it I use dsl, but i need sound badly my laptop is mostly used for buisness and travel... i need vista 32 bit drivers for the final released version...
