Problem with VISTA ULTIMATE - Dead BlueScreen

Hi brothers,

I've just installed Windows VISTA into my system and found some problems.

SYSTEM:
MAINBOARD: ASUS P5LD2-TVM SE
CPU: PENTIUM D 3.4 Ghz
RAM: 1GB
GRAPHIC CARD: GEFORCE 7300 GS 256MB
HARD DISK: SEAGATE 320GB

The problem is that after I installed VISTA and boot for the first time, I confront with the dead bluescreen advising by MICROSOFT that I have some infunctionality with the software or hardwares or so....

I've updated the latest version for the graphic card, check for the BIOS update and re-check all the installed card if they are loosened or not. Everything has been checked and enhanced.

Vista - Bluescreen uncorrectable error

Can anyone help me determine what is causing my stop error with Vista. I’ve tried everything I can think of to identify the problem. The pc will either lock up completely shortly after I log into Vista or it will display this stop hardware error immediately when I log into the PC.

Uncorrectable Error Message

I’ve loaded all of the drivers and updates from Microsoft, reinstalled the OS several times. I've also tried to removing 2 of sticks of memory from the PC as well.

Any thoughts or help would be EXTRELY APPRECIATED. Thanks!
