WMA bitrate converter

Hi,

I have all my music on my mp3 player at 160kbps but would like to make more room on there.

I have a full backup of the music on my pc and wondered if anyone knows of a program that will change the bitrate of it, instead of having to rip the whole lot back in from cd?
