Windows Photo Gallery Problem

Hi.

I've got a problem with Windows Photo Gallery, but it seems to be only on my user account. The color is distorted, white looks like beige. I've tried updating my drivers, and they are up to date, but the strangest part of it all is that it is only on my user account. I've checked and my Color Settings are no different from other users.

Any ideas what's wrong? Or how to fix?

Windows XP Pro X64. Window is stuck open. Can I use WD40 to unstick it ?

I had a neighbor who had bought a new pickup. I got up very early one Sunday morning and saw that someone had spray painted red all around the sides of this beige truck (for some unknown reason)
