Hey, it's been awhile since I've been on.

I haven't been able to turn on the built in firewall in Vista.

thats what i get when i try to turn it on from the control panel. i've also tried running services (run, services.msc) and turning on the firewall. it's set to automatic, and even when i try to open it, i get this error:
