When i got my computer it had the Aero theme and all of its functionality, and now my computer is acting like i have Vista Basic, i no longer have the aero theme and none of its features...can someone tell me what's wrong.

an error appears when i activate the DreamScene

The light blue background color in window and fullscreen modes doesn't make any sense. When Aero Glass is enabled shouldn't the background be clear like the client area or black for better presentation of photos?

i have a 128 MB with 915GM/GMS/910GML chipset(shared) with 1.2 gb ram..i tried every way to force aero, tried the ForceAero program, changed registry settings etc. but nothing worked? Is there anyway to use it?

Upgrade your graphics card. Even if you do find one that forces it your computer will run so slow it would be unusable in my opinion.
