Can Vista premium run on a single core processor

Hi,I have a Intel Celeron D 64 bit processor with Intel EM64T Technology (3.33 GHz,533 MHz Bus speed,512KB L2 cache) I wnat to know if Windows Vista Premium or Windows Ulitmate would run on this processor or does it take a Dual core processor?,It has Vista Home Basic Preinstalled on it now.Let me know!

I have a dual core 64 bit processor and want to ugrade to windows vista. I was wondering if all Home Premium is 32-bit and if so, is there (or will there be) a way to upgrade to 64-bit Home Premium?

How do I tell if my Toshiba notebook has a 32 or 64 bit processor? On System properties/General tab the processor is described as "Genuine Intel(R) CPU T2050 @ 1.60Ghz" I have a 60 Gb hard drive, 1 Gig DDRII ram and 128Mb of shared graphics....
