Readyboost and virtual memory

Hi, I have one question. I have 2G of RAM memory. I was wondering if I can make the computer go faster if I use 2G of flash memory thru ReadyBoost and take off all virtual memory. This way, the computer will not use the slow way, by using virtual memory, to manage memory.
