I have been trying to install Vista on my old computer for hours now, all i keep getting it is that error.

Its an old PC, but i have installed Vista on it before..

Celeron 900mhz
256MB ram, yeah i know..
I have no idea what the mobo is..

Wont stop freezing

i have bought windoes vista and formated my pc and installed vista some times when i click on the start tab my computer makes a little bleep sound and then freezes for about 2 to 3mins. Does any one else have this problem and know how to fix it?

my computer:
Graphics card: Geforce FX 5900 ultra 256mb
Ram: 1GB
Processor: Pentium 4 2.8ghz
Harddrive 1: 120gb
Harddrive 2: 256gb
