Where are the 250gb/300gb notebook hard drives?

I can't seem to find a place that sells the new Fujitsu 250gb/300 gb notebook 2.5" SATA drives. Any ideas on where I can find one?

Alienware uses the 250 GB hard drive in their upper end laptops.

Hi,
I am soon upgrading to Vista and would like to see if the following system requirments is good enough for Vista Home Premium?
AMD Athlon X2 Dual
Core Processor 3800+
2.00 GHz, 960 MB of RAM
250 GB hard drive

Just to tell you I'm a gamer type and likes to play some quite grafical games (such as HALO). Please tell me if these are good or not system requirments.
