Hi I installed a new western digital 320 GB harddrive on a new machine i built running XP 2 gig ram and a 2.6 GH motherbord and Duo 2 processor. I have the Bios setup on auto detect and it only lets me use 128 GB of the drive. I am running service pack #2 and XP will let me format the other 170 GB and partishion it and run it as a seperate drive Letter. but I really want to run it as the same drive letter c:\ is there some way of doing that without a new operating system install? XP does detect the drive correctly and does show that it has 320 GB but it dont want me to run the partition with more then 128 GB. Thanks for the help
