i don`t know if this is the right place to post this but i just found a new program that MS is supposed to be releseing...its called Microsoft TV...and they say that u don`t requaire any tv tuner cards or any other hardware to run it...it gets the feed from the internet...heres the site for more info...

I recently bought a NEW HP A1700 with Vista Home Premium OS with the purpose to transer my home videos onto DVD.

Im very happy about this. I have a Sony HDR-HC1 HDV Camcorder. I understand I can create and burn my home videos from my HD Camcorder with Vista to Create HD DVD home videos. Is this true.

After making one DVD from my HD Sony. Im NOT impressed with the quality when watching back on my HD plasma. Then again, I am watching back on my Xbox 360.

My question is. I see on Microsofts page description about their NEW Vista Softare on this page

I wonder if it's possible to make a gadget that receive info from a webpage?
Let's say I make a blank webpage with only the word "Hello" printed on it. Will a vista gadget be able to display the message, "Hello" somehow?
